Diane: User your arm not your wrist when using the mouse.


Johnny:  Blue bar at the top of a window is called the Title Bar.


Flora:  Microsoft Internet Explorer


Ellen: How to hold the mouse steady and Hand on hyperlinks.


Bev:  Buttons on the keyboard and tabs to jump from one field to another.


Mike:  Highlight words and switch the computer on!


Karen:  Not to panic when I hit the wrong thing and I can go two hours without a cigarette!


Sandy: Shift and Tab to go back up a field.


Ray:  Getting familiar with the keyboard - two Enter buttons.


Carole:  Sending windows / web pages to front and back.


Basil:  Use the Internet and flash drives.
