Flora: Microsoft Internet Explorer
Ellen: How to hold the mouse steady and Hand on hyperlinks.
Bev: Buttons on the keyboard and tabs to jump from one field to another.
Mike: Highlight words and switch the computer on!
Karen: Not to panic when I hit the wrong thing and I can go two hours without a cigarette!

5. Produce a piece of work and print it using Paint.
